Welcome to our kids Village
Mission Statement:
“We are joyfully hosting the presence of God for the next generation!” Our clear message to our kids is: God loves them – and that will not change. He is in a good mood – all the time. He is good, loves to have fun and is interested in knowing them! Kids who know who they are and whose they are – can and will change the world. Here at The Abbey, we are honored to be the village that mirrors these things back to our kids.
We believe that our kids are not too young to encounter the goodness of God with resulting whole-life impact! We value the time we have on a Sunday morning to establish and strengthen God’s Kingdom truths, principles, and identities into the lives of our kids, but most of all, we quest for His presence showing up in ways that kids can authentically receive! Whether that is through the shared worship experience with their families or during the fun and interactive messages during their Sunday morning classes, we trust God is speaking to the next generation.
Abbey Village
Our Abbey Kids Village classrooms
Newborns through 5 th grade.
Abbey check-in opens at 10:15am.
Baby Burg (newborn through 23 months) opens at 10:15am.
All classrooms (excluding BabyBurg, newborn-23mo.) open after our Sunday worship service concludes (approx. 11:00AM).
As a true village - our team of volunteers is made up of our Abbey partners, parents, Abbey Village alumni. We encourage other Abbey partners to join with us in this adventure.
We serve snacks and drinks in all classrooms and have some dietary alternatives available upon request.
We want to do all we can to make our Abbey Village a safe space for fun that will foster an unshakable consciousness of God’s absolute love!
